चश्म-ए-बा-तिन खोल वो दिल के सनमखाने में है।
कौन जाने क्या तमाशा है कि हादी के बग़ैर
इक हुजूम-ए-नगमदीर दिल के दवाखाने में है।
बैठै-बैठै ख़ुद मुझे होता है अक्सर ये गुमाँ
नगमगर मुतरिब कोई दिल के तलबखाने में है।
जिन्दगी मे तुझको ‘दर्शन’ मिल नहीं सकता कहीं
वो सुरूर-ए-कैफ़ जो मुज़्जत के खुमखाने मे है।

राग = Melody
दो-आलम = Two Worlds
दैर = Temple
जुस्तजू = Desire, Search, Inquiry
चश्म = Eye
बा-तिन = Conscience
हादी = Instruments
मुतरिब = Singer
सुरूर = Joy, Pleasure, Rapture
कैफ़ = Happiness
खुम = Wine
Their Words, Their Voice 
kabene == Kaabe me and I don’t think that first word is bair.
haadi == Saazon (instriments)
nagamger I think would be gaata hua or something like that.
The first word is “Dair” meaning temple 🙂
So, it’s little more understandable now, still a long way to go 🙂

“do-alam” in my opinion is, “do” – Two and “alam” – World.
So it will become “Two world”. These two worlds are – earth and heaven.

Guys, we are in the U.S. I desperately need the lyrics of ALL ghazals composed by Sant Darshn Singhji Maharaj, preferably with possible meanings of all difficult words…me and my wife love singing ghazals…we have been at it for over 15 years…Santji’s poetry/ghazals are so full of mystical meaning…we want to try and sing these to our audiences rather than Jagjit/Chitra (which we have nearly exhausted), Ghulam Ali and others…this would be a beautiful remembrance of the poet-Saint…much, much thanks…

चश्म-ए-बा-तिन [eyes -of-conscience] खोल वो दिल के सनमखाने[lovely place] में है।
कौन जाने क्या तमाशा है कि हादी [ music instrument] के बग़ैर
इक हुजूम-ए-नगमदीर [rare group of musicians] दिल के दवाखाने[troubled-place] में है।

नगमगर[music – maker] मुतरिब [ singer] कोई दिल के तलबखाने[ place of desires] में है।

Its Murshid not muzzat.. Murshid means Master/Saint
mujjat ka meaning present hai kya
