(my favorite in this ghazal)

maslehat cchin gayi quwat-e-guftaar magar
kuch na kehna hi mera meri sadaa ho baitha

maslehat -quickly
quwat - closeness, intimacy
guftaar- to talk, speak
sadaa- to call

and finally the makhtaa (very deep one)…

jaane “shehzad” ko min-jumlaa-e-ada-paakar
hook wo utthi ki ji tan se jooda ho baitha

min-jumlaa - out of
ada - charm, beauty
